Where we deliver
We deliver all over Australia, including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, the Gold Coast, Canberra, Newcastle, Wollongong, Hobart and Darwin. Regional and remote addresses are fine; they can add a day or two.
What delivery costs
- Free standard delivery on orders of $75 or more.
- $27.50 below $75. Below the threshold the delivery offered is Express Delivery.
- Express Delivery $27.50 on any order, including above the threshold, if you would rather not wait. You choose it in the cart.
The charge is shown in your cart before you pay, so there is nothing added at the last step. There is no surcharge for a heavy machine.
How long it takes
Orders are picked and packed after a 24 to 48 hour handling time, then take about 5 to 7 days in transit within Australia. Allow about a week from placing your order to it arriving. The period either side of a public holiday adds a little.
Tracking
Every order is sent tracked. A tracking number is emailed when your order actually ships, which is normally 24 to 48 hours after you order. We do not receive a tracking code before the parcel is collected, so there is nothing to send you before then.

Separate parcels
For practical reasons, items in the same order may be sent in more than one parcel and may arrive on different days. If you have received part of an order and are unsure about the rest, email us and we will check it for you.
Address accuracy
Please check the delivery address before you pay. A parcel sent to an address you gave us and returned to sender can be resent, but the second delivery is chargeable.
If something goes wrong
If a parcel is late, missing or arrives damaged, email theteam@homefitness.net.au with your order number. Your rights under the consumer guarantees in the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by anything on this page, and the refunds and returns page sets out what happens next.
