    The overall feel of the bike is good. It supported my lower back which was why I wanted a recombinant in the first place. The seat slide adjustment was simple and worked well for me at 177cm as well as my wife at 162cm and neither of us where at the maximum or minimum setting.

My first recumbent Bike and it’s wonderful to sit comfortably and peddle away watching TV to hopefully get rid of the 14kg (after losing 22 ) I still need to lose. Hubs assembled it in about an hour and a half with very little grumbling so that went pretty well. It’s so quiet and it pedals very smoothly.
