The mat is a good size for most workouts. Rolled out easy and lays flat after a few hours. Slight chemical smell that dissipated overnight. It came with some Velcro straps to store the mat when rolled up.

I have been using this mat daily for about 6 weeks. Unlike previous mats and pads this one is not peeling and it holding its self together. When I do yoga I do lay down a yoga mat on top of this mat for extra padding. If I have a ton of planks I will fold my yoga mat under my hands for the extra support. But this mat is perfect!
