This board is SOLID. Solid plywood it seems but with my 99kg weight, it never flexes, and love the plastic stops so there’s no falling over from having the board slide underneath me. The top is just like a regular skateboard with the nice heavy-duty grip tape. I usually use it without my shoes and have been working fine.

I started up my gym room again, and found my balance is suffering where I found this with good reviews, and gave it a try. The board is good quality solid wood, good none slip base, and well thought out control tape strips on the bottom with nice sized stops so that I have found no way to pass over them, where I stop perfectly every time. The board to roller size is absolutely perfect. Very easy to use, my balance has already improved significantly in just a week, where I can say that this board works extremely well for improving balance control, where I had no balance hardly at all. I had to show a video on this one showing how easy is was for me. No cons, can’t think of a single one, where I have very happy with the purchase.

I was pleasantly surprised by this balance board. I had looked at many others & decided to try this one as a starter. I’m glad I did. For the cost, it had superseded what I wanted. Very well made. Can always upgrade from here of course. As a first balance board, I’m impressed with it. Plus it is super fun & great exercise.
